ORDERING AND DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

The delivery of orders is done through ASM and  Correos in Spain and UPS for the rest of the world

– 2-5 business days Spain

– 5-10 working days Europe

– 10-15 working days in the world

We recommend that you employ an address where someone can receive the parcel in person during business hours .

If the items are not in stock, we’ll send you an email with all the information .

How I can cancel or change my order?

Once the order has been made to we can not modify it. To cancel or change the order email us at at.cliente@dutchdelightstore.com and we will modify it for you.

What are the accepted payment methods?

RETURNS

Request a refund by mail to at.cliente@dutchdelightstore.com within not more than 15 working days of the date of receipt of the product with the following information:

1. Want a refund or size change?

2. Reason for return.

3. Address collection.

4. A minimum of 4 hours where there will be someone in the destination address to deliver the pledge.

5. A telephone contact to coordinate with the carrier .

Items must be returned:

In its original state, along with any accessories related thereto and may not be used, washed or damaged .

Dutch delight coordinate the collection of the garment at the address specified by the customer. Only returns operated by Dutch Delight your transit agency will be accepted.

To change size, you should give your clothes the messenger when it delivered the right size .

In case you want a refund and not a change of size, you will receive the amount for the same way you made the payment .

SHIPPING COST

How much does shipping cost?

– Spain Shipping: € 4.50 ( Register our Newsletter and get your delivery Free)

– European Community: € 10.00 to € 14.50

– Other countries: € 15.50
